Shipping Policy [ Please read before shopping (°ロ°) ! ]

Estimated delivery times after an order has been shipped:

♡ Canada: 3-7 business days

♡ USA: 5-20 business days

♡ International: 1-3 months

Delays in package deliveries may occur due to COVID-19

Types of shipping offered:

♡ Tracked shipping (recommended)

♡ Small packet (untracked, faster than lettermail)

♡ Lettermail shipping (untracked, slowest option)

Untracked shipping information:

♡ Orders placed with untracked shipping WILL NOT be replaced or refunded if lost

♡ These orders cannot be tracked; status of delivery is unknown until delivered

♡ This shipping option is cheaper, and is not recommended for larger orders

♡ Zero Bae is not liable for any untracked orders after they are dropped off at Canada Post

Tracked shipping information:

♡ Zero Bae will send out replacements for orders placed with tracked shipping if the order is lost (stuck in delivery for 2+ months, or if the order becomes untrackable)

♡ Orders will be safe dropped, however if signature requirement is needed please contact us directly before shopping

♡ Highly recommended for larger orders

If an order gets returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we can either:

♡ Send out the order again with another shipping charge

♡ Refund the order amount minus shipping fees

Refund Policy

Returns are not accepted, all sales are final. Exceptions for refunds will be made only on items with manufacturing defects.
